Lucas Murray is eighteen, very responsible, and rather quiet. He tends to keep to himself, preferring to sit alone with a book or one close friend than be surrounded by many people. Solitude is a rare thing for him and he treasures it in those rare moments. He can honestly be a bit of a grump at times, irritable and distant, but he grows warmer as time goes on. He does, however, keep his feelings neatly tucked away, preferring not to give people ammunition to use against him if they ever find a reason to.

He hails from New York, USA, where he was raised along with his twelve brothers and sisters not far from NYC. Not long after the death of his twin brother three years ago, he was signed as a model with a Parisian agency and ended up moving to France a year later to continue the work. He isn't particularly fond of this job, as he has never enjoyed being in the spotlight, but it makes his mother happy and he cannot bear to erase the smile from her face again.

As far as plots, Luc does need them! He might have a couple close friends and would probably have a lot of acquaintances. Enemies are possible, if people were jealous of him or simply didn't like him for any other reason. He's also bound to have people who annoy him. As for any romantic interest, I'm pretty picky on that sort of thing, but if you have a character that you think might work for him, please let me know! I don't bite, I promise!

[/b] whether lucas likes it or not, myja's gonna talk to him. she's a very quirky, strange girl, who is new to the school and making all kinds of friends. she moved from ireland after her parent's murders, so she's a bit of wack job, but hey...can you blame her? she's still sweet and gets along with most, but she can also be kind of annoying. she'll probably ask him all kidns of questions about america and new york and won't stop until he answers. she also won't mind if he's being a grump, she'll keep her natural, happy self even if he isn't haha. but i know, i suck major at making ideas, but there ya go! =D[/ul]

{ANDREA & LUCAS} Even though Lucas is a quiet person that prefers to be left alone, Andrea is still going to make an effort to befriend him. She's going to see that they both come from large families and try to use it as a common bond between them. Because she's just cheery enough to annoy some people, Lucas very well might dislike her right away, but that won't stop Andrea from trying to make friends. I mean, she won't be stalker creepy or anything, but she'll be persistent. Okay. That's about it. I kinda suck at this whole idea thing, so let me know what you think.

Lucas & Myja
Please don't mistake me. Luc isn't typically a jerk. Even if he's annoyed or frustrated, he'll usually remain impassive and polite. He doesn't mind having conversations with people, so long as they don't pry or expect him to do all of the talking. He would much rather listen to someone else. That being said, Myja might make him uncomfortable if she asked too many questions. But, if they were only about America, he would be fine with it and would answer them. Even so, he would probably attempt to direct the conversation to her eventually. His reaction to her really depends on her method of interacting with him. Most likely scenario is he would remain polite, though not exactly warm.

Lucas & Andrea
The same goes for Andrea as for Myja, really. He would be polite and answer her questions so long as they remained on neutral topics. He would definitely ask her about her family and would be interested to know someone else from a large family, as his family is, really, the most important thing to him.

We should plot! I think these two intellectuals will get along well.
Elise came back to France to live with her father from Greece after
the death of her mother months before. She is overwhelmed by the
transition that she had to make for a 2nd time after leaving France
years previously. Elise is compassionate, serene, smart, loyal and
shy but outgoing.

Like Lucas she likes alone time but she has too much of it down by
the hillside every Sunday or when she has the time during the week.
Though sometimes loneliness can lead some to get mad, no?
Maybe he can join her or something? Idk if you want them to
become friends,close friends, acquaintances. Though I do know
that if it does happen, [even if she has claimed that she found her
soul mate back in Greece (and he told her to move on)] she would
have somewhat of a admiration and crush for Lucas.

Lucas & Elise
It is quite possible that they would get on well, I think. He certainly doesn't mind sitting with someone in mutual silence or with little discussion, though he would probably ask her questions (non-invasive is his style, don't worry) in attempt to keep some sort of conversation going, at least until they were more comfortable with one another. As for how far their friendship would progress, I cannot really say, but would be interested to see how it pans out. And, if she did happen to develop feelings for him, Lucas would likely remain oblivious. He likes girls like any normal teenage boy, but he has very little experience in that arena (much to his chagrin). However, he's not exactly looking to form emotional attachments or allow himself to be vulnerable in front of someone currently and, as such, probably wouldn't notice any hints or the like. He simply wouldn't be looking for them.

So, I have decided to torture Luc with Noah and Adele (when I finally get off my lazy behind and post her application). Poor guy.

For the record, Noah thinks his roomie is a little too reserved and that they should toilet paper the library or something. I am guessing that's not Luc's cup of tea... Noah also wants to give him a bright purple backpack. And well... Adele... we'll just not go there.

Ok... yeah... I'm half-dead right now, forgive me. But here goes anyway. Luc thinks that Noah needs a good dose of common sense and responsibility. Toilet papering the library? He has the idea that perhaps he should teach Noah the proper use for a library sometime very soon. I believe we discussed the backpack, which Lucas would use on occasion to avoid hurting Noah's feelings (all the while wondering "Purple? Really?" and assuming Noah thinks he's gay like half of Paris's population). He's certain the fellow means well, though, even if it comes across in... unconventional ways (in his opinion). Poor Noah. I'll being Eva along eventually so he actually has someone fun to interact with.

And Adele? Luc is waiting in eager anticipation. Don't believe me? Well, er, his fondness for her is just... buried a little. I'm sure it will surface eventually.
