holly Caden, Caden, Caden. I could go on for days about this man, without knowing just how it is he feels about me. I never know – I never have known. Ever since I met him, he’s been a mystery to me. Perhaps that’s why I keep coming back, no matter how badly he makes me feel sometimes. I was attracted to him the day I met him – call me a glutton for punishment, but I’ve never forgotten the first time he looked at me. Something about those eyes…but don’t let my daydreams fool you. He irritates me too much to give me time to fall in love with him. His constant hot-cold attitude towards me drives me insane. The tug-and-pull between us is seemingly neverending. Every time I think it’s the last time I’ll ever see him, he comes back into my life with a glance and a line. It doesn’t even have to be a particularly charming line, either. Smooth bastard. Anyway, like I said, I could go on for days, but I won’t. As previously stated, I genuinely don’t know how Caden feels about me, but it’s almost like…I don’t know…he’s got control of a magnet that draws me to him whenever he wants me. I don’t mind, for the most part. It would be nice to have some sort of control, but right now? I’ll keep my temper tantrums to a minimum for perhaps a little more insight to the mysterious man that has caught my interest with a seemingly iron grip.
caden How do I feel about Miss Holly Golightly, here? Oh, it fluctuates, it's up and down, it comes and goes in irregulat beats, and to tell the truth, she can be a bit too thought-provoking for my liking. She's very engaging - rarely a positive attribute, but I suppose she doesn't do it terribly - and what a friendly little creature. Attractive, I'll give her that, when she isn't grinning like a fool, and when infuriated, she's a source of entertainment. I don't think I keep her around as much as she stays around, but I admit that she has a certain quality about her. A something, if that explains it, that makes her constant returns less than irritating. Don't get me wrong; I don't sit around quivering in anticipation of her next visit, but sometimes when she comes around, her company is, though rarely subject to a pre-existing desire, at least something akin to welcome, I suppose. Not always; people are rarely generally interesting, and at times, I suppose I have the need to distance myself from her. Explain it if you feel the need to; I certainly don't, and I don't feel the need to explain myself to her, either. Holly, I met her outside the Academy, I continue to meet her within its halls, I invite her into my dorm, and occasionally - if the feeling strikes me - I'll pay a visit to hers. It's hardly complicated.
