So eli needs some loving! His history is ridiculously long, so I understand if you don't/cant/there's no way in hell you're reading it. Basically --

...so even the quick version was really long! whoops. so i think there could be some interesting plots by the fact that he's not a student, but he kind of sees the corridors of the academie, the shadows of it - the places no one sees or cares to see. He's kind of has a ritual/schedule he lives by each day, and he can't have any disruption in that. He's caring, but stubborn. Witty, but rude at times. Hard-working but oblivious to what's really going on around him. Devoted but untrusting.

GEMMA

I have a character for youuuu and maybe another one soon, but right now just gemma. She's a student in the lower school, and she's only seventeen. very innocent and naive and what not, never really been with a guy but doesn't really go looking for love/guys. she does have an older brother, his age, but i think that might be a bit irrelevant because ionnoo if they'd know each other ya know? BUT yes. she would for sure find him interesting because he's young and funny and nice. AND it would be a comfort to her to know someone else from England and what not--even though there are English people around her of course, but one that is low key and easy going. anddd yes, she's available for absolutely WHATEVER you would like. She would say don't let her age fool you because she would like to come across as more mature and what not baha.

That'd be a pretty interesting relationship between eli and gemma! (scandalous too! haha). i like that she doesn't go looking for love/guys, that could be fun to play with. I'm not sure what kind of personality exactly she has - like is she inquisitive? curious? Eli isn't shy, but he won't go out of his way to be social. He tends to just do his job in the back corridors of the academie, or is at the coast. Gemma could happen upon him while he's cleaning the common room, or something of that nature?

[/i] to know, but maybe not ask unless finally she just had to know. as for people she's about the same, but probably more of an introvert. she would rather listen and observe than talk but she welcomes any conversation because she would never be rude... on purpose, but she can be a bit sweetly sarcastic if someone brings her the opportunity. AND SHE LOVES ADVISING PEOPLE. she feels that she has wise words. anddd she tries not to be buuut she can be a bit proud because she's wicked smart and the whole i have wise words things. but unless he insulted her intelligence, i think we're ok haa.

buuut yesss. she would really want to know why such a handsome young man is cleaning her space. their interactions would be funny me thinks. she would want to know things, and depending on whether he would tell her or not depends on her reactions toward him.[/ul]

sounds good!! c: so eli will be featherdusting (kidding, he'll do something more....masculine, hahah) while everyone is in classes and whatnot, not expecting to run into any students. and for some reason or another gemma comes by, and voilaaa!

it might make more sense if i start, but just as a warning, it might take me a day or so (unless you're dying to start, then go right ahead!!)

Hey there, Brianna! Birthe here! And I loved Eli's history, it has to be said. And I'm here to throw Caden at him! He's in no way required to catch him. He's a heavy bugger, and the fall will do him good. =P

ANYWAY, my mind was trying to send me signals to make Eli's love of the ocean and past of saving people from drowning versus Caden's at-least-mild distaste of large bodies of water and drowned father significant. And I thought to myself that this was a pretty interesting situation! But one that doesn't really help us at all. SO I GO ON. Caden, apathetic, cynical and...kind of lazy, rarely makes much of an effort to get to know someone, and though he'd no doubt take notice of a janitor at the school, he wouldn't make the effort to actually approach him. BUT! He might have gotten in the way of Eli doing his job, at some point. If he should HAPPEN to sit in front of the door Eli needs to go through, and if he should HAPPEN to be comfortable there, or be too lazy to move anyway, the heavy sigh and the "Do I have to? Do you have to?" would follow, before he'd - if he received confirmation that yes, you do, and yes, I do - with another sigh, move out of the way. And this might happen again. And again. And again. And again. And each time, there would be no increase in his willingness to just get out of the way and let the man do his job, but the exact same ritual of "Do I have to? Fine. -SIGH-", before he, taking his sweet time, moves out of the way. And I have nooo idea how that would develop and progress, but that was the image that came into my mind! It might be one of those ideas that go absolutely nowhere... But let me know if you think we can do something with it, or if you have a different idea! =D

ahahahaha, that sounds AWESOME. I'd love to make them enemies-of-sorts. Just especially because of how they both grew up by the water (well I don't know how close caden was to the coast in Gwynedd, but probably fairly so!) but have two completely different views of it. I see them both unwilling to talk about their pasts (hello, RP characters here, haha) so it could be fun to see them argue (I don't mean straight out fighting because caden would be too lazy and eli just wouldn't see the point, but more like...banter) and dance around topics.

We can definitely start with Caden just lounging in Eli's way, hahah and see where it goes from there!!

Bwhaha, that sounds like loaaads of fun!! In my mind, I have Caden placed close to the coast for his childhood, so yes! Growing up by water, and completely opposite opinions of it! And banter and topic-dancing, it sounds awesome =D Would you be up for a Eli-and-Caden thread with Caden getting in the way and stuffs in the near future? Aka...in the next couple of days, when I get around to writing the post? XD Just let me know if you're busy and it has to wait! I'm veeeery patient! =D
